You can create an online account with Alluressories at any time by clicking on the "My Account" link found at the top right corner of our website, 
Once you have created an account you will have access to the following benefits:
•    View past orders
•    Check the order status and deliveries.
•    Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time

If you have forgotten your password, please follow the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD link on the My Account page. Follow the steps and click RESET PASSWORD. We will send a link to the email address you have provided, which will enable you to reset your password.

You are able to edit your personal details such as your name, phone number, email address and password from within My Account.
You can sign up to hear from us about new product launches, competitions, sales and exclusive offers via the Alluressories E-newsletter. Once signed up, you can unsubscribe at any time by uncheck the tick box in 'My Account'.
Your privacy is important to us and we never release your personal details to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes. We treat all of your Personal Information as confidential and we fully comply with all applicable HK Data Protection and consumer legislation. We confirm that any Personal Information which you provide to us and any User Information, from which we can identify you, is held in accordance with the registration we have with the Data Commissioner's Office. We use your information only for the following purposes:
•    Processing your orders, including dispatch, payment and returns.
•    To prevent or detect fraud or abuses of our website.
•    To enable third parties to carry out technical, logistical or other functions on our behalf.
•    For statistical or survey purposes to personalise and improve this website and its services to you.
•    To administer this website.
•    If you consent, to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you.
•    If we are requested by the police or any other regulatory or government authority investigating illegal activities to provide your Personal Information and/ or user information, we are entitled to do so.

You can measure your existing ring size/ necklace size/ bracelet size yourself by printing the attached guide on Size Guides and following the instructions. 

• All products in stock will generally be dispatched approximately 4-6  business days from the confirmation of the order. 
• “Make It Yours” jewelry collection sold on www.alluressories.com is custom-made, the lead-time for jewelry ordered on the site is approximately 4-6 weeks from the confirmation of the order.
• “Engrave Me” jewelry collection sold on www.alluressories.com is custom-made, the lead-time for jewelry ordered on the site is approximately 7-9 business days from the confirmation of the order. 
• Please note we are unable to deliver on Sunday and Public Holidays.

Once you wish to purchase a piece, select the relevant color and size (if applicable) and then click ADD TO CART.

Your item will be added to your Shopping Cart and the Shopping Cart Panel will slide out to confirm your selection.You can view your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking on CART on the top right hand corner of the site.

Once you are ready to place your order, simply visit CART and click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to continue.

To use a promotion code, simply enter the code and click APPLY at the CART before you start payment. Some codes are applied automatically at the checkout for you.
The following conditions apply:
• Only one code can be used per transaction.
• Codes may be applied to regular-priced pieces only but not on sale pieces.
• Codes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative is available.
• All offers are subject to stock availability.
• Offers are subject to change at any time.
• All other Alluressories Terms and Conditions apply.
• Offer codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift cards.

At the checkout, you can proceed as a guest or create an online account with us once you have placed your order. By creating an online account, you can enjoy a quicker checkout process in the future and save your delivery and payment details. If you are an existing customer, you will be able to log in to your account.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Our payments are safely managed by the globally largest platform Stripe, which accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All submitted personal and payment information is encrypted and secure.

• Please check your card details in your account to ensure the information is correct, e.g. the expiry date or your billing address.
• Ensure that you entered the security code correctly – the three digit number on the back of your card.
• Your payment may have been declined by your bank – please check with your bank.
• If you’ve checked all of the above, we suggest you try paying with another credit card or come to one of our store.

Once your order has been placed and payment accepted, a confirmation message will appear on screen showing your order reference number.
An order confirmation e-mail with details of your order (including your reference number) and payment acceptance will also be sent to the e-mail address provided. This e-mail is only an acknowledgement of receipt of your order. Your contract to purchase these items is not complete until we send you an e-mail notifying you that the pieces have been dispatched. You will receive a second email when your order has been dispatched and this will include tracking information for your parcel.

• All of our orders come beautifully packed in our signature boxes, free of charge. 
• Complimentary gift packaging is available on all orders - please select this option at checkout. Your gift order will be packed in our signature box in a Alluressories gift bag, tied with ribbon.
• If you would like to include a gift message in your parcel please fill out the WRITTEN MESSAGE section during the checkout process. Your message will be printed on branded Alluressories stationary exactly as you have entered it on the website and we will include a gift receipt rather than an invoice. Alternatively, you can select to receive a blank gift card to write your own message.

Please contact our customer care team at customercare@alluressories.com. We will inform you what solution we can provide to you. If your order has already been proceed and delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

• When you place an order and it is dispatched you will receive an order confirmation email.
• When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the tracking number to locate your package. 

• We offer exchanges and returns on regular priced items within 14 days of receipt. No exchanges or returns for sale goods and promotional items.  
• For hygiene reason, we regret to advise that we do not accept return of all earrings products.  
• “Make it Yours” & “Engrave Me” Collection, custom-made and engraved items are non-returnable/non-refundable.

Every piece of Alluressories Jewlery is covered by a 12 months warranty of maintance on receipt of a valid proof of purchase. This warranty applies to all of our products across the globe, regardless of where you purchased them from. 

You should count on an average of 4-6 weeks for repair work.

Repair charges may be applied to fair wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse items. We offer a repair service whose pricing policy is available upon request by examined the product.In order to know our repair costs, please contact us.
